RESERVATIONS: You may request your reservation by e-mail, phone, or by using the form found HERE. Tell us your desired dates and once availability is verified you will be sent written confirmation by mail or e-mail. A deposit of $200 will then be due within 15 days after confirmation of availability, or the reservation will be automatically canceled. The rental fee, plus cleaning cost, will be due 30 days prior to your arrival. Last minute reservations will be allowed depending upon availability of the home. A three-day minimum stay will be in effect, and the $200 security fee will be collected with the rent and cleaning fees.

OUTCLEANING CHARGES: When you depart, we thoroughly clean the home, launder the linens and prepare for the next visitors. We expect the rental unit to be left in a "neat" condition.

DEPOSITS: The vacation home is carefully inspected and inventoried before your arrival and after your departure. The security /damage deposit of $200.00 required within 15 days of your reservation is refundable and will be mailed to you within 30 days of your departure, less the cost of any missing items, extraordinary cleaning, or any damages that exceed normal wear and tear.

CANCELLATIONS: Notification of cancellation must be received at least 60 days prior to your arrival. All cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellation notification of less than 30 days results in forfeiture of full deposit. Guests are responsible for the entire time booked. No rental refunds are given for early departure.

CHECK-IN time is 3:00 P.M.; CHECK-OUT is 11:00 A.M. We will be happy to make adjustments to this rule with proof of flight information where an 11 a.m. check-out might result in hardship for your family.

PAYMENT: Sorry, We do not accept credit cards. Cashiers checks, money orders and personal checks are accepted as payment for deposits and rent/cleaning fees. Checks may be made payable to Linda Pieratt and mailed to P.O. Box 144, Kalaheo, HI, 96741. Personal checks used for payment of rent and cleaning should be received no less then 30 days prior to your arrival date. In the case of last minute reservations, only cash or travelers checks will be accepted.
